EXONERATED PARK 5: LaPorsche used her social listening skills, cultural knowledge, and SEO optimization methods to create a dynamic interview playlist showcasing the stories of two (now exonerated) Central Park 5 members. 2. AWARD WINNING PROJECT: What is your role? 3. RECOGNIZED BY THE SENATE: You've probably heard of the US Army Rangers. The elite fighting force trained for decades right here at Fort Benning. You've also no doubt heard of the Korean War. What you probably haven't heard about is the first and the only All-Black Ranger Company: 2nd Airborne Ranger Company. LaPorsche received over 1 million views on this story, breaking her station’s record. This story also received national recognition from the President of the senate and state recognition from the Georgia State Senate. A building was renamed in their honor following LaPorsche’s reporting.
